If you want to develop a career in technology related courses or other courses that are not far away from Science or Social Sciences, then FUTO is one of the schools anyone can recommend.
The Federal University of Owerri is the first University of Technology in Nigeria and was officially established in 1980 by Nigeria’s First Executive President, Shehu Shagari. It became the first of three such Universities set up by the Federal Government of Nigeria who sought to launch a University of Technology in each geo-political area and particularly in a State that did not have a conventional tertiary institution.
The University, like most other Federal Universities, is among the cheapest universities in Nigeria despite boasting one of the very best academic records in the country. Here, we will look at how much students in various levels and faculties pay in the reputable institution.
