As you can see from the table above, all the Unlimited Data plans from Smile Communications have a validity period of 30 days. Some of them come with a fair usage policy (FUP) while others don’t. By fair usage policy, we mean that you will enjoy maximum browsing speed until you consume the data allocated to the plan. After this, the data speed drops based on what is specified by the company. For example, after you finish the 60GB under the UnlimitedLite plan, the data speed drops to 8Mbps. On the other hand, the data speed drops to 3Mbps after you consume the 200GB under the Freedom 3Mbps.
Note that the company reserves a right to make changes to these data plans and their prices if the need arises. There are different ways to check your data balance on Smile. Some of them include:
- Via the MySmile all. Simply download the app to your smartphone, sign in with your SmileNumber or username and password. Follow the instructions on the app to check your data balance.
- Visit the MySmile Portal. To do this, open the official Smile website on your device then click “Login.” Provide your SmileNumber or username and password. Follow the instructions to view your data balance.
- Text “Y” to 343 via your registered mobile number or from SmileVoice. You will get an SMS showing your balance.
How can I purchase a new router?
You cannot enjoy most of the services that Smile Communications offers if you don’t have their router. The good news is that there are several ways to purchase a Smile router. Is it possible to share my Smile data with loved ones?
Yes, it is possible to share your Smile data with loved ones. Of course, you must have recharged your account and have an active data bundle. Once you satisfy this condition, you can share the data with another account as long as they are linked to your account. However, you must note that you cannot share any data that is part of a KIT offer. An example is the SMiFi + 10GB plan, you cannot share this except to an account that is directly linked to the offer.
